We will be giving a Sunday afternoon Concert - “Birds, Beasts and the Natural World”

on 17th March at St. Mary’s Church, Yatton, BS49 4HH

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our 25th Anniversary Concert: "Laudate Dominum - Alleluia!" is on

Saturday, 11th May 2024 7:30 pmat All Saints Church, Weston super Mare, BS23 2NL 
We shall be singing
 music by Franck, Dvorak, Janacek and the Messe de Requiem by Saint-Saens

with the help of David Bednall (organ), The Lochrian Ensemble (strings) and Julia Hammersley (harp).

You will be able to buy tickets for the Anniversary Concert at the March concert.  That will save you from paying the surcharge for on-line booking.

Over the last few years we have performed a large variety of music for example:

Lord's Prayer by Janacek; "Canticle of the Sun" by Andrew Tyrrell; Parry's "I was Glad" and Elgar's "Lux Aeterna"; music by Elgar, Bernstein, Eleanor Daley, Stravinsky;

Benjamin Britten's Saint Nicholas; Serenade to Music by Ralph Vaughan Williams; Allegri's Miserere; folk songs by Gustav Holst and Vaughan Williams; J.S Bach's Magnificat in D; Bernstein's Chichester Psalms; and so much more including arrangements of popular songs by Billy Joel, Mamas and Papas, Beatles and others.
